  need your advice again, please

  so here's the latest in my pathetic saga.

  i've tried to fly under the radar for the past year, but it isn't working so well.

  i've learned not to engage my wife in debates but rather to ask questions.

  At least if you were DF then this will make it harder for your kids to get batptized as they will have to choose between their dad and org. They will also see you are a good person without the org. They should also see the love you have for your wife. If your wife leaves you this will make it easier to teach your kids how to think. The one crack I have found with my wife is the child abuse scandall. Because of this she at least now thinks something is wrong in God's organization and this is a start at least for me. Wish you the best friend!

  Ten Years From Now .......

  what with the very low baptism rate, many leaving, many waking up and staying in for now, but not "zealous" any more, the wt/jw religion/scam is without doubt moribund.. i do not foresee a sudden end to the wt but what will it look llike in ten years time ??.

  the late teens/early twenty year olds of today will i think be very thin on the ground as 30 year old jw's, so my view is that in ten years time it will be mainly old hardcore ones ,50 yr old and up, and even they will be aware that the org.

  just how ridiculous has this religion become.they are continually updating and changing their letters to the boe instructing them to destroy previous letters,which could be used against them in a legal tussle,their rules and regulations would by far exceed the yoke the pharrissees and saduccees put upon the people,and they have a legal dept.that the jews never had to try to get them out of trouble.how can anybody in their right mind belong to such a devious,manipulative,self serving excuse for a religion as this,is beyond me.. smiddy.

  one of our most dogmatic, authoritarian elders at the congregation i used to attend made this comment.. .

  the wts has beat the drum of absolute authority so long and hard that the idea of free will, or even the notion of a god who might take in to consideration the wants, likes, and desires of his own people has been strangled out of the jw psychology.. .

  in one of his talks, brother that's final informed the congregation that it is pointless for us to engage in speculation about how our lives will be in the new system.

  so if its true that a new 2012 version of the new world translation is to be released at this year's dc what changes do you think they will have made?.
